Privacy policy

Growbly builds growth systems for service businesses. That work means we are sometimes trusted with sensitive information, and in the industries we serve that trust carries real weight. This policy sets out what we collect, what we do with it, and what we will never do, in plain language.

Who we are

Growbly is operated by Olivia Nicholls, based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. ABN 98 130 871 592. You can reach us at olivia@hellogrowbly.co.

What this website collects

• This site does not use advertising trackers and does not sell or share visitor data with anyone.
• If you book a call, your name, email, and booking details are handled by Cal.com under their privacy policy. We use those details only to run your call and follow up on it.
• If you use the "practical AI win" form, we collect your first name, business name, business email, and the area of your business you selected, plus your business website if you provide it. This is stored securely in our own systems and used to send you the resource you asked for and, if you agreed, occasional practical emails from Growbly. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can respond and keep context. We do not add you to any list you did not ask to join.

What we access during an audit or install

• Only what the work needs: how enquiries reach you, where your time goes, your brand voice, your services, and your FAQs.
• We never ask for your account passwords, and we never take over your accounts. You connect your own tools and you hold the keys.
• We do not need, and do not take, copies of your customer database to do our work.

Anonymisation and AI tools

• We use AI tools (Claude) and automation tools (Make.com) to build your system.
• Anything sensitive we encounter during a build, client names, contact details, case notes, is anonymised before it goes near an AI tool.
• Your knowledge base is built inside your own Claude account, and your automations inside your own Make.com account. The system is yours, in accounts you own, from day one.
• We never use your business information to train models, build products for other clients, or for any purpose beyond your build.

What we keep, and for how long

• During a build we hold working notes and draft materials.
• At handover, access to your systems ends. We keep our own working notes and deliverables (your SOPs and walkthrough videos) so we can support you if you come back.
• Your customer lists and client records stay yours. We keep no copies of these under any circumstance, including for Growbly Care subscribers: your brain copy is refreshed inside your own Claude account, not stored on ours.

Your rights

• You can ask what information we hold about you or your business at any time.
• You can ask us to correct or delete it, and we will, unless a law requires us to keep it.
• We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you work with us from New Zealand, the UK, or the United States, we apply the same standard.

Case studies

We only publish results, numbers, or your business name with your signed permission. Founding partner case studies are agreed in writing before anything is shared.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are flagged to active clients directly.
