What it costs

What does it cost?

The Workflow Map is $490. The AI Starter Build is $2,490 in total, and the $490 you paid for your Workflow Map comes off that, so you pay $2,000 more. Each extra job I set up after that starts at $900, with a fixed price agreed before I start. If you need several big systems connected together, I'll point you to an agency that does that work. Optional AI Care is $290 a month. A website starts at $2,400. Prices are in AUD, and Growbly isn't registered for GST. Software subscriptions are billed to you directly, and your Workflow Map lists them before you spend anything.

✎ Optional AI Care is $290 a month, starting once your setup is finished. Each month you get a check-in, I keep your Company Brain up to date, I fix your setup if one of your tools changes, and I make up to one hour of small changes. Anything bigger gets a price that you approve in writing before I start. There's no lock-in, and you can cancel any time.

What does it cost to run each month?

You pay for your AI subscription, plus any other software a job needs. For example, Claude Team needs at least two people and costs US$20 per person a month if you pay yearly, or US$25 if you pay monthly. Your Workflow Map lists the expected monthly costs before you commit to anything.

What each package includes

Workflow Map

What it saves you. Guessing where AI fits, or paying for software nobody ends up using.

How it works. You fill in a short form about how a normal week runs in your business. Then we go through it in detail on a one-hour Google Meet call, and I show you which parts of each job a computer could do for you, like drafting replies or sorting and moving information between your systems. After the call, I send you a written plan that shows what to do first, what it costs each month to run, and what should stay with a person. It's a practical plan, not a full technical design. If a job needs lots of systems connected, I may need to look into it further before I can give you a fixed price.

No obligation. The plan is yours to keep, whether or not you go ahead. If a tool you already pay for can handle one of the jobs we find, the plan says so, and we skip that job so you don't pay me to set it up.

AI Starter Build

What you get. Two things, set up in your own accounts: the email and job software you already use, plus a Claude Team account in your business's name. The first is your Company Brain: a written handbook of how your business works. The second is one manual job from your plan, set up and running. That job is one of these: drafting follow-ups on quotes, drafting replies to new enquiries, turning a form into a draft quote, or putting call notes into your job system or CRM.

How it works. After your Workflow Map, we have one more Google Meet call to agree the details. I write up your Company Brain and set it up as a shared project in Claude Team, so everyone on your team can look things up in it. I also set up three saved instructions for jobs you do often, like writing a reply or answering a question from your handbook, and I test them on your real work. Claude calls these "skills". Then I set up your one manual job in the tools you already use. For example, if a quote has been sitting for a week, a polite follow-up is drafted and waits in your inbox for someone to read and send. We run a live session so your whole team knows how to use it. Then your team uses it on real work for two weeks while I fix whatever needs fixing.

What's included. Up to six documents in your Company Brain, such as your services and prices, how you do the work, how you talk to customers, the steps for key jobs, who does what, and the questions customers ask most. The shared Claude project and three saved instructions. One manual job. Anything it writes for a customer is only ever a draft for your team to check. A live one-hour session with your team, recorded for anyone who misses it. Two weeks of testing on real work, with up to two rounds of changes and one 30-minute check-in call.

Quoted separately. Extra jobs (from $900, at a fixed price), writing lots of new procedures from scratch, extra saved instructions, and bigger jobs that connect several systems.

What I won't set up. Phone bots, anything that sends to a customer by itself, anything that takes payments, or a full "replace our receptionist" product. If you need someone answering your phone 24/7, a ready-made AI receptionist is usually the better buy. I'll point you to one rather than charge you to rebuild it.

Why not do it yourself? You can, and your plan shows you how. The hard part isn't the software. It's getting what's in your head written down clearly, testing it on your real work, and getting your team to use it. That's the part I do with you, and you deal with me directly the whole way. If you want me to keep it running and up to date afterwards, that's what AI Care is for.

You stay in control. Your Company Brain sits in your own Claude account, and you choose who can read it and who can change it. Anything a job writes for a customer is only ever a draft. A person on your team reads it and decides what happens, so nothing gets sent, booked or published by itself. Jobs that organise information, like putting call notes into your CRM, only write to the places we agree in your plan. Customer records stay out of your Company Brain.

What's in your Workflow Map

If a tool you already pay for can handle one of the jobs we find, the plan says so, and we skip that job so you don't pay me to set it up. Before the call, you fill in a short form about how a normal week runs, so our hour goes on the detail instead of introductions. Bring the person who actually does the work. You leave with a written plan that's yours to keep.

  1. Where the week goes. Every job that comes round each week, who does it, how often, and roughly how long it takes. This is the starting point we measure against.
  2. Each job scored. How often it's the same, how much it follows set rules, how costly a mistake would be, and whether a tool you already pay for can already handle it.
  3. Up to three jobs worth setting up. For each one, the steps, where a person checks it, the software it would use, and what it would cost each month.
  4. Running costs. What the subscriptions for each job would cost each month, listed before you commit to anything.
  5. Quick wins for this week. Features in software you already use that you can switch on yourself, with nothing to set up.
  6. Jobs to leave alone. The jobs that should stay with a person, and why.
  7. What to do first, and who should do it. Whether to start with an AI Starter Build, a quick win you switch on yourself, or a bigger job for a specialist. There's no obligation to go ahead.

How it works, step by step

Plan

You fill in a short form, then we have a one-hour Google Meet call. After the call, I send you a written plan that shows where a computer could save you time and what to start with.

Set up

If the plan says it's worth it, we have one more Google Meet call to agree the details. I write up your Company Brain, set it up as a shared project in Claude Team with three saved instructions, and set up your first manual job. Anything it writes for a customer stays a draft until your team sends it.

Test

After a live session with your team, everyone uses it on real work for two weeks. I make up to two rounds of changes, and we have one 30-minute check-in.

Yours to keep

You get a recorded video that shows your team how it all works, and every login is in your name. If you want me to keep it up to date, AI Care is $290 a month. If not, it's yours to run.

Your information

Is my business information safe?

It depends on which AI service and subscription you use, and your Workflow Map explains what applies to you. On Claude's business plans, such as Claude Team, Anthropic says it doesn't use your data to train its models unless you choose to join its development partner program.

How I handle your information. Everything is set up in your accounts, not mine, and you own every login. Your Company Brain holds how your business works, like your services, prices, the steps for key jobs, and how you talk to customers. It doesn't hold customer records or passwords. Each job can only reach the email label, folder or spreadsheet it needs, and nothing it drafts goes anywhere until a person on your team says so. I don't take on work involving health, legal or financial records about people. When we finish, you can remove my access, and I don't keep copies of your business documents beyond my project notes.

Do my customers' names and emails go through AI?

Only if we set up a job that drafts email replies. In that case, the customer's name and message are sent to an AI account in your business's name, with training turned off, so a reply can be drafted. Passwords, card numbers and sensitive records are never included. If you'd rather not, we skip that job and set up a different manual job instead.

Read the full privacy policy.

What happens when it gets something wrong?

Someone on your team reads every draft before it's sent to a customer, so mistakes get caught. During the two-week test, I fix whatever the tools get wrong, so they improve before you rely on them.

Will it ever message my customers by itself?

No. It writes a draft of the reply, quote or update and leaves it for someone on your team to read and send. No robot phone calls and no automatic replies.

Do I need to be good with computers?

No. If you can explain the job to a new staff member, you can explain it to me.

Who owns it

Who owns it?

You do, outright. The website, the domain, the hosting, the AI accounts and every login are in your name from day one. You don't have to sign up to any Growbly monthly plan, because AI Care and website Care are both optional. Hosting and your domain have their own running costs, which you pay directly or through website Care.

Do you work with businesses outside Australia?

Yes. Our calls happen on Google Meet, and I set everything up online in your own accounts, so I work with small teams anywhere. You join each call from the link in your calendar invite. Prices are in AUD, and we find a call time that suits both time zones.

Websites

  • Up to five pages, such as home, about, services, your work and contact
  • Designed and built from scratch, not a template
  • Your words tidied up from your notes, and your own photos laid out properly
  • An enquiry form that asks customers the questions you usually have to chase them for
  • Your Google Business Profile set up properly
  • Two rounds of feedback before it goes live
  • You own the website, the domain and every login

Quoted separately: extra pages, writing all your words from scratch, photography or stock photos, online shops, and booking systems.

✓ Live in 21 days, or you get a full refund. The 21 days start once I have your photos and information, and they pause while I'm waiting on you for content or feedback, so the refund only covers delays on my side. You pay 50% up front, and the rest once it's live and you're happy with it.

✎ Optional Care is $79 a month. It covers hosting, domain renewals, security and up to 30 minutes of changes a month. Anything more gets a price that you approve in writing before I start.

※ Without Care, you pay your web host and domain provider directly. A simple website can often be hosted free on a plan that allows business use, such as Netlify's, or for about US$20 a month on Vercel Pro if it needs more. If you already have a domain, it stays where it is. A new domain usually costs about A$10 to A$25 a year from GoDaddy or Cloudflare.

Can I change the website myself?

You don't have to. Send me changes any time. With Care, up to 30 minutes of changes a month are included, and anything more gets a price you approve in writing first. Every site is built by hand in code, so there's no editor to log into, and you own the code outright.

Will you guarantee rankings or more leads?

No, and be careful of anyone who does. What I promise is the date. Your website is live within 21 days of me having your words and photos, or you get a full refund. The clock pauses while I'm waiting on you for content or feedback.
